I've read a post about Gen Y's Msg to CEO (Gen X), here, here and here

My thought is that, while I agree with what the fella wrote, I have some thoughts to share:

i) The Gen Y understand their rights better (hence become more calculative)
ii) It doesn't mean they are really better
iii) They can be more productive because they know how to use the technology
or, with the understanding of technology, one is expected to be more productive
iv) There's no point to criticise Gen X or Gen Y or any Gen of people - they have their own beauty and must respect each other.
v) The best is, they can help each other to compensate their own weaknesses.
vi) It is normal for experienced people to criticise the newbie.

Bottom line:
Gen X should learn to benefit from technology, while Gen Y should appreciate the Gen X who could be as productive even though they are not good with technology.
