Big thanks to tc. Now I'm confident ever on the trip planning.
She some more gave me warming pad, maps even souvenir.
The biggest takeaway, is that my sis might spend next month's salary in advance, or more.
So I heard from tc that Taiwan is a heaven for shopping. Here's how the ladies in her group shop:
1) used up all the cash
2) started using card
3) borrow money from trip members who still have cash
4) when they get money from VAT refund, continue shopping again.
My family and I will be there next month.
Considering my sis has already been shopping monthly from Taiwan e-shop such as queen shop, Tokyo fashion, bai momo etc...

Just when you think I've retired - you've no idea what have I been doing lately.
I went to Ipoh in February, and last month, I went to Singapore.
Actually, it's the first time I went out of Malaysia since 2007 and it was also the first time I brought a friend to go overseas! (FYI, I brought Sebastian, my lil bro for Europe trip in year 2005)
So this rainbow bear... I don't quite know what's her exact name.
I've been probing her, and all she answered was "Eh..." "ryjdk" "kar" (I don't quite know what it means) so Erica was the name I made up for her. (it's easier than to say "rainbow bear"
Btw, she's 7 years old last year, not sure what star sign is hers but I guess she's a Taurus.
Since I've been to Singapore 3 years ago, I brought her to places, one of it was Raffles Place (with blurred out Esplanade at the back)

Finally, managed to meet up some (robot) friends from Japan.

I missed the Cameron Highland trip cos I was busy doing preparation for this trip.
It was worthwhile.
I heard a lot about the caves (one of my ancestor actually lived in caves before, they were once the Cavebear) , but I had never visited any.
So finally - there you have it - stalactite & stalagmite that are larger than human!
I had my first acquaintance with Abraham Lincoln.
And last but not least, the Mulu Pinnacle, where human recently gave it a new name.. something like 'a place with Avatar feel'.
I don't know about you, but I always feel that human is a creative creature.
A tiring but interesting trip!

Dad: Well, I've always wanted to go, I wanted to go in year 1986, but there was something that made me gave up the plan. Now that my friends are asking me if I wanna go...
Me: It's 24 years already. You should go. You are not young already
Dad: Yah, 53 this year. If I times 2, it'll be 106 - I can't do it already but you still can (it will be 26 x 2 = 52)
Me: Then we should really go, those things can't wait :-)
