With the uncontrolled diet lately and with extremely lack of exercise,
I'm almost back to the previous state - fat and un-adorable. (but since when i'm adoreable? :P )
Body weight is now 80KG - ouch.
So, as same the proposed plan last time, I'd list down again on what can be done:
1) Make a compulsory visit to FRIM EVERY Saturday/Sunday
2) Running up and down the stairs 10 times a day (wow) with
3) hands and legs used together (wow and WOW)
Idea behind the item #3 is because I find my hands need to slim down too, hence this activity should help to use my hands.
With my body size and with the item #2 & #3, as well as obsession with Francesco the bear all this while, Thum's family will soon find a bear running up and down the stairs every day...
