WeiHan told me about this.. not so funny joke.
He saw a programme on Singaporean TV.
The host was introducing food in Penang.
The opening went like this:
"Do you want to see how Singapore looked like in 30 years ago? Ta-da! We're in Penang!"
Then the camera filmed the overview of streets of Penang etc.
