To me, fried rice is the benchmark for dai chow.

Whichever restaurant that can make good fried rice means they can cook good dai chow.

This morning my mum made the vegetarian fried rice (with egg) because she didn't put meat so she put extra eggs.

Oh the smell and taste was so good :)

Although my mum seldom cooks dai chow, she is still a good cook
