The woman will be charged for culpable homicide, for killing a robber.
Fair.
But what punishment will she get?
I don't hope one day the robber will say to the victim, (while running away) "Come and kill me, you'll be charged for culpable homicide, I DARE YOU!"
A better judgment needs to be made, period.
