It's like instant noodles nowadays.
A lot of artists (with trend having the so called "American Idols/singing contest reject") come and go.
The fans loyalty is no longer the same.
They are spoiled with choices.
The artist don't quite bother about the music quality - as long as it can top the chart and make $$$
