    Yes i felt 'helpless' yesterday! Some paralysing moments. Im sure i had that 'accidental' joy (that stupid relieved smile on my face) when service resumed back this morning =S

    That is why I work until 730am this morning to assist CSC to resolve their firewall issue. Phew
