過了五十年，他終於製造出了時光機，能讓她回到過去。
她步上時光機之前，很興奮地對他說：
等我完成了心願，我馬上回來找你。你就等那麼一下而已。
他說：你完成了心願，你的人生也會改變了。
我們也 不可能見面了。
她說：不會的，我心裡有你，這種感覺，是沒那麼容易毀滅的。
他說：好吧，能讓你開心，當然是值得一試的，不過，你能回去完成心願後，再把這個字條交給二十五年前的我嗎？
她說：好啊，那麼，你就得晚點才能見到我了，你以為我是超人阿，要休息也。

果然，完成了心願後，男女的記憶，都變了，他們也變得，不曾相見了。
唯一沒變的，是她手上的字條。
字條上寫著要送去的地址與年份，也寫著 - "一定要送去!"
女生按着資料，用時光機去到一個男生的家。
那男生，也正在製造着時光機。
兩個人，在本來以後的世界，是相愛的。
可是，現在，他們卻像陌生人一樣的打招呼。
女：你好，你在做著什麼啊？我也有這架東西也，只是我不知道它是什麼。我只是按照說明書，忽然間可以來到這裡。
男：嗨，你好，呃，這是時光機，我已造了25年都還沒造好。
女：啊？真的哦，我是過來傳這個字條給你的。
男：哦好。
女：你，就一直在做這個東西嗎？
男：是啊，我都有個心願，就是想回到未來，看這個時光機能為我做些什麼，看我活得怎樣。
男的看了字條，對女生說：
不過，我覺得，這樣子，對很多人都不公平，我們，去吃個午餐，如何？
女：好啊。
他們從此就這樣認識，拍拖，到結婚。
字條上寫的是
"傳這個字條給你的，是你的真愛，你別再浪費時間，研究時光機了"

Verdict: Unbeatable script with unbeatable 'performances' from all the toys!
The movie started with Hollywood-grade scene - first thing that worth the movie ticket
The movie has a lot of funny scenes - second thing that worth the movie ticket.

The movie teaches you on how to appreciate the things that belong to you - if you can't take care of it, give it to someone who could - fourth thing that worth the ticket

RIP
It's been a while since I last blogged.
And today I returned with a message - RIP.
It's not me, but it's my friend.
I got to know about this pic just now, thru Trevor's friend, TC.
Apparently TC's colleague has my friend, in custody, but that's not all.
It's the colleague's dog's custody.
I know the relationship sounds very complicated, but the important message is:
My friend was torn in pieces already, he was "beheaded" by the dog.
So he is now RIP, which is, Rest in Pieces.

This is a very good package - in a CD.
Sarah's voice is still as beautiful, and this album - sounds to me, it's like a British artist instead of an American (she's Canadian, I know, but they are in similar league).
Yep, it reminds me of Dido, too.
The album started with an energetic "Awakening", it's a fast song, as if someone is rushing (music) and her voice is like jumping here and there/ fading in and out thru out the whole music.
(Yes, above is a totally random statement, so you go figure out the music to feel it yourself)
The second song, "Illusion of Bliss" - reminds me of Bee Gees, somehow. Just replace Bee Gees' voice and you can call it a Bee Gees song :P
Third song - it's like a Britpop, my favorite :)
Fourth song - A bit jazzy a bit of Britpop and her signature voice, of course
(I'm a bit lazy to write the rest) I've gotta tell you, the first 5 songs had already blown off my mind.
So it is a good album, don't expect something great like "Adia", "Building a Mystery" or "Angel" - because this is an album in different league/flavour now.
Just like you won't want to compare The Beatles' "Please Please Me" with "Abbey Road"

We're often asked who we are.
Instead of telling 'I'm a Malaysian', we would normally tell "I'm a Chinese" "He's a Malay" "She's an Indian"
But personally, I think that we should instead, just tell the fact.
The fact is:
I'm a Malaysian (the first fact that you can't deny, it's on my IC)
and
I'm a Chinese descendant (the second fact that many foreigners won't care much)
I'm not a Chinese as I'm not born in China, and of course, without a Chinese citizenship.

Movie Review: Shrek Forever After
Verdict: Finally, Shrek has come to an end
I'm not a particular big fan of Shrek, BUT I like the way the movie was made, using the animation.
What I'm trying to say, they tried 'film' the scene with animation - that's the part when you feel 'wow, there's this slow-mo in animation!'
Ok, Shrek is still Shrek - the trademark won't run away.
It still tries to turn the fairy tale upside down.
Graphic is good and the joke is good.
But I feel tired for Shrek, after 3 episodes, so I felt that this is a good finale.
It's still a 'happily ever after' kind of fairy tale but I somehow felt funny that the ending shares some similarities with Prince of Persia.
Go watch it and have a good laugh.

Movie Review: Prince of Persia
Verdict: While the idea is not that bad, the action was quite fun in some scene - it's just yet another action movie after all.
I heard of the anticipation of my friends and colleague about this movie.
I think it's partially because of the childhood game that they and I had played, seen below:
Yes, I'm still very much amazed with the game and would play it if I have a chance to.
Back to the movie, the idea was not bad - you can go back to the time you want - with some limitation of course.
The chick was hot (definitely hot)
But the interesting part (of the action scene) that I could remember was the guy fleeing in market, and the ostrich racing.
I don't know why, don't ask me. :P
All in all, I'd say it's just yet another action movie - it's not the type you would really remember after a while.

In almost past one week, I would wake up at around 4AM for no reason.
Guess too many things that I've been worrying lately.
There are things that I just realised that, I have over-worried.
These few days, I'll attempt to see if I can 'reduce' the worries that was unnecessary.

I was in the middle of a dried lake - with a river further away (with water, of course)
I asked the villager what happened - he put a stick deep into the ground, took it out and tasted the 'mineral' at the bottom of the stick.
He said 'it's not that salty anymore'
Then he ran away.
A while after that, I saw water flooding the dried lake.
So the village didn't have drought problem - the villager wanted to solve the 'salty' problem.
He created a dam to first dry up the lake, then only solve the problem.

You wouldn't wanna know how much stresses I've been going thru in the past one month.
Apart from the first 4 months of stresses I had experienced when I started this job - this past one month, and I guess, the coming 2 months' stresses will be mega.
Whatever it is, work is work.

Movie Review: Iron Man 2
Verdict: This movie still delivers, in a way.
Ops, I forgot to put up the review of this movie.
Basically, many people told me that this movie isn't worth the watch.
I had watched and I can say - don't put too much of high expectation.
A lot of things you've seen are already featured in the first episode - but since you are watching Iron Man 2, you don't expect things like Platinum Man, right?
That's my point here - you are watching the next installment of the comic superhero - so it'll still be the Iron Man.
Story wise, it's quite straight forward and it's very comical like.
There are funny scene, there are funny jokes - just like first episode.
But if you expect to find some new idea out of Iron Man 2, compared to the time you watched Iron Man - I'd suggest you to wait for the movie like... Thor.
Oh, it was featured in the movie, in a way ;)

A Random Day of Life
Seems like not many people care about us.
Nobody even bother to ask where were we lately.
We were busy shooting some video and of course... some rehearsal for an upcoming song.
It'll be about environmental issue so I guess we bear, who are so into nature, can deliver the message.

When higher management makes decision,
they would often assume that things are in perfect world.
Often the decision made, is not aligned with reality - such as employee's real life working experience.
Then the employee will force to work towards that culture, and stay numb until they think it's no longer a problem.
But so much time were spent on unnecessary things, such as searching information.
Conclusion: It's hard to convince them, unless they really come down and feel the reality at the level.
At least I've done my part in understanding the employees, and work out a solution accordingly.

Confession
There are things that human won't confess.
There was something happened few months ago, which I did not reveal.
But lately, somehow when I recalled of it - I felt it's good to share the story.
Well, I felt restless after a relationship that didn't work out the way it was promised - I was hurt because I felt cheated on a promise that I was made to believe.
Restless + did not concentrate on road...
Yes, I hit a motorcyclist, with his daughter on the motorcycle.
The old man was in pain
The daughter, with bruises and she was crying for her father.
I sent them to the hospital.
The daughter was ok but the old man would need to be hospitalised.
He suffered some rib fracture.
I saw the old man and daughter suffering - I felt useless.
Because of my unhappiness from a relationship that didn't work out - I transferred my suffering to a family who were totally innocent.
I visited the old man few days later.
I felt a bit relieved cos the old man and the family were kind - they instead said thank you to me for sending the old man to the hospital.
I felt totally embarrassed.
There was another incident happened during the patient visit - the girl involved in that 'relationship', tried to call me, text me and after that, emailed me.
At that time, I felt like it's a sarcasm put on me - I was visiting a patient who suffered the unnecessary pain because of my reckless action, at the same time, the girl questioned on why I chose to move on.
The answer and lesson learned is simple -
1) Don't be selfish and
2) Do not betray your partner, or make yourself becoming a third party, because of the happiness that you could gain in short term. In long term, it's a suffering/sorrow.
3) Don't ever transfer your unhappiness to someone else, they are innocent.

And of course, if everybody knows how to appreciate their life, the partner's loyalty and the things around them, this world can be a happier world.
There was something happened few months ago, which I did not reveal.
But lately, somehow when I recalled of it - I felt it's good to share the story.
Well, I felt restless after a relationship that didn't work out the way it was promised - I was hurt because I felt cheated on a promise that I was made to believe.
Restless + did not concentrate on road...
Yes, I hit a motorcyclist, with his daughter on the motorcycle.
The old man was in pain
The daughter, with bruises and she was crying for her father.
I sent them to the hospital.
The daughter was ok but the old man would need to be hospitalised.
He suffered some rib fracture.
I saw the old man and daughter suffering - I felt useless.
Because of my unhappiness from a relationship that didn't work out - I transferred my suffering to a family who were totally innocent.
I visited the old man few days later.
I felt a bit relieved cos the old man and the family were kind - they instead said thank you to me for sending the old man to the hospital.
I felt totally embarrassed.
There was another incident happened during the patient visit - the girl involved in that 'relationship', tried to call me, text me and after that, emailed me.
At that time, I felt like it's a sarcasm put on me - I was visiting a patient who suffered the unnecessary pain because of my reckless action, at the same time, the girl questioned on why I chose to move on.
The answer and lesson learned is simple -
1) Don't be selfish and
2) Do not betray your partner, or make yourself becoming a third party, because of the happiness that you could gain in short term. In long term, it's a suffering/sorrow.
3) Don't ever transfer your unhappiness to someone else, they are innocent.
The unhappiness should stop at your side.
And of course, if everybody knows how to appreciate their life, the partner's loyalty and the things around them, this world can be a happier world.

Daily Horoscope

How Close?
Yesterday I attended my ex-primary school mate's wedding dinner
Then one of my school mate wanted to buy make up remover, I tagged along and helped her to find what she wanted.
She asked "How come you know all these?"
I said "Sometimes I followed my sister to buy these stuff and sometimes I heard a bit from her, that's how I knew"
She said "So how close are you with your sis?"
I randomly thought of one statement
"Sometimes I helped her to buy pad"
She laughed and we agreed that one line statement explained it all :P

Reflection
When I was driving home today,
I recalled those days when I drove to my sister's previous office to pick her up.
It's in Old Klang road.
Somehow I have fond memory of that place.
Maybe it's where my grandpa stays.
And of course, visiting my grandpa & my late grandma was one thing that me and my sis looked forward to last time.
Cos my late grandma can cook good dishes, make good bakery, good dumplings, good mooncake and of course - GOOD SOUP!
It's almost 2.5 years since she had passed away - I hope she's doing well in another world.

Followed parents to pasar malam
And I still seriously love my C901 phone's camera.
Lunch with colleague - and I've gotta tell myself - I must order 砂煲面 next time
Met up with a friend whom I didn't meet for many months @ Daorae. This kimchi pancake isn't bad
My mum back in her 19 years old - she found the photo on her day (mother's day)
And I cooked lotus root soup for Mother's Day! She's quite ok with it!
Accompanied my friend to buy camera - Canon S90 it is.
Tried out this Uncle John burger with a friend - nice!
